Teach indigenous history

The fear of teaching children about Australia's indigenous history needs to be eradicated before reconciliation can be achieved in Australia, says Powderfinger frontman Bernard Fanning. The rock band took a break from preparations for next month's national theatre tour to visit Lourdes Hill College in Brisbane's east, as part of reconciliation week.
